Troubleshooting Guide

Having issues with your bot? Try the steps below first.

Bot Won't Connect

Solutions:

• Verify if bot is banned or inside incorrect pool.


• no /pr is on for chat


• Verify the chat ID is valid


• Confirm your account is not banned from the chat


• Ensure the bot is assigned to your xat ID (the same ID you’re currently on)


• Restart the bot from the panel:

• Or restart from pythbot chatbox

!kill and !start

Commands Not Working

Solutions:


• Check your command prefix


• Make sure commands are confirmed

!confirm

• Make sure you have permission to use that command


• Confirm the bot has the correct rank in the chat (member, mod, etc.)


• Try reloading the bot from the dashboard


• Verify the bot is online and fully connected
