How to Create a Support Ticket

Use the PythBots ticket system if you need help with bots or technical issues.


Step 1 — Create a Panel Account

If you do not already have an account, you must create one first.

Fill out the registration form and create your panel account.


Step 2 — Login to the Panel

If you already have an account, log in to the panel.

Login to the PythBots Panel

After logging in you will be redirected to your dashboard.


Step 3 — Open the Ticket Page

Once you are inside the dashboard, open the support ticket page.

This page allows you to create a ticket and communicate with staff.


Step 4 — Create Your Ticket

On the ticket page you will see two fields:

    • Brief description of your issue
    • Detailed explanation of the problem

    Fill out both sections and click Create Ticket.

    Make sure you clearly explain your issue so staff can help you faster.


    Step 5 — Staff Reply Notifications

    When a staff member replies to your ticket, you will receive a notification.

    The Pythbot on xat will send you a message telling you to check your panel mail because a staff member has answered your ticket.

    Return to the ticket page to read the reply and continue the conversation.


    Tips

    • Provide as much detail as possible
    • Include screenshots or errors if needed
